http://socom.us.playstation.com/default.aspx some good stuff in the update
First is stackable gear items. If you have two sets of frag grenades in your inventory you no longer have to select them independently. Identical items are now grouped together for use, though they still take up two inventory slots
Also, we've made selecting items from the radial menu more reliable. You no longer have to precisely hold the analog stick in the direction of the item while releasing the button, it is more forgiving now.
The dive to prone has been enhanced significantly in the SOCOM: Confrontation 1.30 update and is now very similar to previous SOCOM games. The dive to prone is much quicker and you carry momentum forward. It is much easier to quickly get into a good prone position or dive for the deck.
transparent scoreboard. We took feedback from the SOCOM Community that you would like to see the scoreboard be transparent and to be able to continue to move while it is displayed. We've added this functionality so that if you hold down the select button the scoreboard will be displayed on screen, it is transparent and you can continue to move. It works in the same way as previous SOCOM games.
the D-Pad lean. With the SOCOM: Confrontation 1.30 update you have the option to use either the motion controlled lean, lean using the d-pad or both. We wanted to make this as flexible as possibleThe motion sensor lean is still more analog and flexible, but the d-pad lean is quicker and more predictable. I can see some people getting good using both. Up and down height adjustment and the "get down" position are still controlled by the motion sensor. We just do not have enough buttons on the controller to add this functionality to buttons.
looks good
