You have the dubious honour of drawing DVDF as your fifth week opponents, in order to arrange the match could someone contact me with suitable date.

It has been suggested that we run this match as a double header (SOCOMBattles and ESL) as our match has been long overdue.

Hi Bones,

I have already sent an email to 'match@ps2dvdfclan.co.uk' trying to set a date.

I also suggested we put all our eggs in one basket and play it as both league and ladder, so that is fine.

I suggested Thursday night at about 9pm - 10pm ish. I'll put a post up in our private forum now to check availability from our team and if u do the same and get back to me.

Thursday should be fine - we have a practice on thursday anyway so we can easily muster eight. Can I propose eight on Thursday - some of my guys have work the next morning and just in case it runs on...

I was very impressed with the way in which each of your team appeared to have set duties on DG and the fact that you modified them once we worked out your tactics.

You're a well drilled squad , the best of luck in your future matches. :P

Very well played GODS, I knew it was never going to be an easy game - you had us both worried and impressed (great tactics and very well co-ordinated) , the game was a lot closer than the scoreline suggests. We have learnt a few things from you.

It was a shame that there were so many disconnections (and you suffered more than us, apart from when we started DG and it was me and Papa against five of you!) but sadly thats part of the game.

Commiserations to you all but you played very well and acted with utmost decency and sportsmanship at all times - true gentlemen.

Thanks DVDf, some nice comments there.

We were very disappointed with the scores last night, we, like you, didn't think it was a true reflection on the game.

We found it very hard to break you down on blizzard and then on Desert glory for the 3rd map we had a hard time.

The 3rd map was very laggy and there were lots of disconnections on our team, at 1 point I think we were down to 4 men, but like you say its all part of the game.

Thanks for the game and we'll look forward to our next meeting.
