Killzone, Halo 2 or Half-Life 2?

I was borred so decided to check out some game trailers. I started will Killzone and i gotta admit i was pretty dissappointed when i saw it moving! The dude was getting shot non-stop and never died!!

So I moved onto Halo 2 and its looking pretty hot! I was damn impressed and thought, better get dusting down that X-box! Not wanting to be too hasty there was one more game to look at....

Half-Life 2 on PC, u seen any trailers?? WOW!! Man u guys gotta check them out they're just stupid!! All the brilliance from the 1st game but looks, well, real!! Check them out!!

yeah Killzone looks good from the stills, but from video it looks like another FPS with a tried and tested formula (things haven't come very far since duke nukem for some developers). Hopefully it will be good, but so far it looks very very similar to Fire Warrior...

Halo 2 looks ok, the multiplayer footage at E3 didn't show much, just damage to vehicles mostly and then hinted at an objective based game towards the end (looks like assault in UT). Could be good, probably will be a shadow of unreal tournament 2004 online.

HL2 looks good. Up until now it looked mind blowing, but it seems some things are starting to let it down. Weapons are recycled from the original to the point of using the same sound effects. No hints towards the plot yet, but it seems to keep the great intro style. Think it will be good but not *that* good to redefine gaming again.
Offline the original was great, which helped the online (which was good at the time, but would not stand up to games like unreal tournament or battlefield these days) because everyone bought it for single player and tried out the online mode. The strength of the game was in the community, and the thought of a counter-strike 2 is more exciting than half-life 2 for me :)

I was really disappointed with Half-Life multiplayer, so like you Im really hoping its improved! But have u seen the video of the Counter Strike of Half-Life 2?? It LOOKS amazing!! If it plays half as good as it looks then it'll be special!

Also, I took a look at MGS Snake Eater today, oh dear!! Looks like another disappointment! From the vid it looked like if you see someone coming towards you, you can press start, choose the relevant outfit / camoflage, click start again and magically you have changed your clothes and put face paint on, in 0seconds! Very realistic that!!

yea. . . i saw that vid of snake eater. . . some really intresting ideas. . . so i will give it the benifit of the doubt

Halo 3 is exciting me a little more than killzone simply cause i here that there is talk of 32 player online experience. . . which seems like the next boundry to break.

MGS 3 Looks bluddy brilliant its got excellent graphics and a new story line... But probably something to do with Metal Gear. They have a new engine aswell so Im expected alot more out of this game then the previous 2.
Halo 2... Well after the previous Halo we all just know this will NEARLY wipe the floor with any game and trust me it'll be a massive hit throughout the world!
Half-Life 2 is the motherboard :twisted:. This game should totally own any out there! They have been designing it (or the engine) for a few years now, so im sure this will be the most impressive!,
