Noodle, I definately agree with your other post about boycotting the ESL, as a blantant glitch was used, and would agree that X-elite should be harshly punished.

But on another note, please dont come on this board and be so hostile towards a member of ours, you muppet. I still use my HKRS handle on the forums, so what? Big deal. He has alot more respect than you will ever have on this game, and as for any GB/ GODS deception, don't be a noob. I can understand you're probably in some sort of rage (about SOCOM) at the moment, but it doesn't excuse you being an arsehole.

My point is this, a lot of people still think that he is speaking for GB when he posts as BurntToast, as he was a member of GB once. This is clearly misleading people so why not change,unless you want people to believe you are still part of GB?

I have no animosity towards any of the GOds players on the contrary I hold most of you in high regard, but I think the response I got on the ESL for asking questions, not abusively I might add, was childish. I was banned because they could not be bothered to give polite answer to a genuine concern.

So you send me a private message giving me abuse for you getting banned on the EuSL, and now you post on our forums with it.

First of all, I did not ban you from the EuSL forums, all I did was lock you Stupid and childish post. You just assumed that it was me who issued the ban.

In your post you made the suggestion that the EuSL operated without rules and that all matches should be suspended. I replied with my thoughts saying you were being stupid and I stand by that, you were being childish.

Now onto this other thing you bring up. I am in no way ashamed to be in GODs or of my GODS name. But I was in GB from the start, I used my BurntToast name from way back on the US version of Socom 1 before it was even released in the UK. I use it on the beta trials aswell.

On the EuSL site my name is BurntToast not GB BurntToast, it clearly says under my name "GODS" and on the admin page it clearly says my team name as GODS not GB.

So why you think I associated myself with GB I don't and you know it. And I have alot of old friends in GB that I talk to regularly so I know your opinions are not shared by them so don't tyr and pass your views off as the whole of GB's cause I know its not true.

I've used BurntToast as a name for something like 2 years now, I use it in my role as a CSV, I use it on the Beta trials and I use it in my role for the EuSL. Who the hell are you to tell me not to use it.

Get your facts correct. I did not say I was speaking for all of GB, but I can assure you Im not the only one who thinks you should use your Gods name and not Burnt Toast. Im not trying to be rude but this is an issue of perceptions to me and some people believe you still speak for GB.

My apologies if you did not ban me, but I do think whoever did did it as a knee jerk reaction. I posted on an issue which I feel strongly about, and that is that I dont believe cheating/glitching should be tolerated in any shape or form on the ESL. So I got myself banned supporting the 'GODS' cause, as I would for any one done wrongly by in the ESL.

I was absent for a week and come back to find this issue and I am very surprised that it has taken the Admins so long to resolve/discuss/decide [All the relevant Admins] this issue. Leaving a matter undecided for too long just creates friction in the community and ultimately makes the end decision appear to be based on whats been said over the period [an issue of perception only Im sure, as I dont think the Admins are biased or influenced by others]

At the end of the day its supposed to be an open forum where matters are discussed that concern the ESL. Far too often posts are closed when there is a good debate going on or an important issue is raised. Why not just delete those abusive posts rather than always stifling the debate.

I very rarely post in the ESL so a one week ban is rather meaningless. I post once on average about every 2-3 months on the ESL. I also have other accounts anyway.

Noodle, the way you reacted to me was out of line, and thats the only reason I reacted the way I did.

To come and personally attack me just because you had been banned ffrom the EuSL forums was way below the level.

You know full well that I clearly state on the EuSL site that I play for GODS and am in no way affiliated with GB. But you used that as an excuse because you assumed that it was me that had banned you.

As you said you had been away for a week and hadn't seen the 10-20 of topics that were locked and move out of the public forums, you hadn't seen the fact that every single post on the matter whether started off as a serious debate or a joke or what ever, turn into a total slanging match, mostly between X and GB.

This led to a warning being put up on the forums saying that anyone who posts further topics on the matter would be banned. This was clear for you to see and you still posted not just one but 2 topics, so you can't argue with your ban, and like you say it doesn't bother you, so why are you taking it so personally?

Decisions like this can't be taken overnight, it takes alot of discussion, and the admins don't work full time on the EuSL, and they do go out at the weekends etc to have a bit of fun. They don't spend their whole life running the EuSL.

So just be patient and wait for the decision. Is it really holding you life up so much that you can't wait any longer?

you need to chill out pot. as long as he dont have GB as his registered clan surely he can use any name he wants.

We are glad other clans share our veiw on cheats and have backed us on this issue but this is not really the way to do it. coming on our forums being quite offensive and rude (thats how i took your post). Causes friction between us when weve got on normally
