Booted and lag problems.

What a time i have been having. after i got booted last night, and finding that my band width from my modem had droped to something like 36kb's i tried to reset my modem. and then, for some reason, i could not get back online. i phoned NTL who put me on hold for about 1/2 an hour, they tried to re-rout my conection through a diffrent exchange. but still i could not get back online. (I'm writing this one of the computers at the hospital). It looks as if i will have an engineer around today. or if it kicks for no reason ( as these things sometimes do) i will be back online tonight.

i hope to have all these trouble sorted out ASAP. i'm sorry, i know that my lag (on comms and in-game)has ranged from funny to anoying in the last couple of day. but i can promise you, it has pissed off no one more than me.

by the way, well done with you win on the OAPs. i chuckled when i saw the score line and the MVP's. you must have really steem-rollered those guys.

back online. this morning (back from work). and my ntl connection is now passing through a diffrent exchange. (so they tell me), and hoping that i have the bandwidth to keep a game going.

had a go on the offline game of SOCOM. man did anyone evey complete that without being board to death. maybe it is jsut that the online game really makes it look crap.

Alot of people seem to have problems with NTL and socom.

And yes the 1 player game is very boring. I think I made it to about the 5 level whilst I was moving broadband providers and then gave up on it.

Hope your broadband is sorted now m8, and you no longer lag on the comms or appears as if your flying around the maps :P
